The hotel is situated on a strategically good position, right at the outskirts of the town of Zurich and close to the airport Kloten and the exhibitions centre of Zurich/Oerlikon. Our 300 m2 area offers a lot of different possibilities.
As of December 2010, the Hotel Sonnental in Duebendorf (Station “Ringwiesen”, Duebendorf) has a direct link to Zurich airport with the line 12 of Glattalbahn and a convenient public transport connection (one change) to the Oerlikon fairground and the Hallenstadion. For a single-fare of only CHF 4.10 or a 24-hour ticket of CHF 8.20 our guests enjoy the benefit of a very affordable transportation to the airport, every 15 minutes, daily from 5 am until midnight.
